A Fresh Look at Scripture

Every scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for showing mistakes, for correcting, and for training character, -2 Timothy 3:16 (CEB)

We must be willing to take a fresh look at Scripture, putting our doctrinal and theological biases aside. Rather than looking for Scriptures that support what we've been taught or want to believe, we should let the Bible, itself. teach us.

"Some think asking questions is a sign of a lack of faith, I can't imagine any kind of mature faith without questions." Kent Dobson (Pastor - Mars Hill Bible Church.)

The Beroean Jews were more honorable than those in Thessalonica. This was evident in the great eagerness with which they accepted the word and examined the scriptures each day to see whether Paul and Silas’ teaching was true.
-Acts 17:10-12 (CEB) Acts 17 (Whole Chapter)
